Court Evidence
The provision of electronic evidence in a manner to be understood by the judiciary, victims and witnesses. This may include opposing party evidence review and analysis, advice and hypothesis discussions, fact based expert electronic evidence, witness rebuttable evidence, and witness preparation.
Investigations
Investigation 101 is a decision maker (manager), HR and legal are not part of an investigation, to mitigate potential future conflicts. Wecan provide an independent investigative capability using established protocols and methodology to obtain relevant facts. Including research, background checking, interviews and reports outcome presentations
Incident Response
Being an independent member of an internal / external response to an electronic incident, the plan, protocols, timings, progress, reaction and potential evidence can be considered and secured if required for an employment or Court based process.
